2. AI Trip Planning Service

Free Features: Our core AI trip planning features are available at no cost. Since no payment is involved, no refund is applicable for free features. Paid Subscription: If you purchase a paid subscription plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided the service has not been extensively used. To request a refund, please contact us at support@suptravel.ai with your account email and reason for the refund.

3. Flight Booking Refunds

Flight bookings made through SuperTravel are subject to the fare rules and cancellation policies of the respective airline. Refund eligibility depends on the ticket type purchased: • Refundable tickets: Full or partial refund as per airline policy • Non-refundable tickets: Generally not eligible for refund, but may qualify for credit depending on airline policy • System errors: If a booking error occurs on our end (e.g., incorrect pricing, duplicate charge), we will issue an automatic full refund

4. Hotel Booking Refunds

Hotel booking refunds are governed by the cancellation policy of each individual hotel property. Common scenarios include: • Free cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within the free cancellation window • Non-refundable rate: Not eligible for refund • System errors: If a booking error occurs on our end (e.g., incorrect pricing, failed reservation), we will issue an automatic full refund

5. Automatic Refund Scenarios

SuperTravel will automatically process a full refund in the following situations: • Price Changed (PRICE_CHANGED): If the final price at the time of booking confirmation differs from the price you were quoted and paid, we will automatically refund the full amount. • Booking Failed (BOOKING_FAILED): If the booking cannot be completed with the airline or hotel after payment has been processed, we will automatically refund the full amount. Automatic refunds are processed immediately and require no action from you.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved or automatically triggered: • Automatic refunds (PRICE_CHANGED / BOOKING_FAILED): Processed immediately • Manual refund requests: Reviewed within 2 business days • Refund to your payment method: 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer Please note that the time for the refund to appear on your statement may vary by financial institution.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds: • Service fees for completed bookings • Non-refundable airline tickets (as per airline policy) • Non-refundable hotel rates (as per hotel policy) • Subscriptions after the 7-day refund window • Charges resulting from user error (e.g., incorrect dates or destinations entered by the user)
